Так где происходит замедление - при получении или при отправке почты?
Если при получении - тогда цепляться надо не на 25 порт (SMTP), а на
110 (POP3).
Возможные причины:
- Не работает обратный DNS для IP-адресов линуксовых машин.
- Включен запрос IDENT, а на линуксовых клиентах соответствующий порт
(113) заблокирован так, что пакеты просто молча пропадают.
