Странно, по-моему, вполне понятно написано - нужно завести в системе
пользователя с именем imapshared; всё, что лежит в его домашнем
каталоге, будет видно в #shared/. Можно и без этого - просто тем или
иным способом обеспечить доступ к файлам.
Но на самом деле проблема в другом: формат UNIX mailbox не поддерживает
одновременный доступ нескольких пользователей - когда второй
пользователь цепляется, первого выбрасывают с криком Killed (lost
mailbox lock). Можно использовать формат mbx, но в него нельзя
доставлять сообщения через procmail. В FAQ есть ссылка на imap-utils,
где вроде бы есть утилита dmail для использования с procmail.
