Это один из САМЫХ важных портов в системе.
Он служит для межпроцессорного взаимодействия при решении систем линейных
уравнений.
Его закрывать ни в коем случае нельзя, так как ядро linux есть совокупность
систем Лин Уравн, а модули - дифуры.
Закрытие порта приведет к полному сбою системы.
