близка к вашему идеалу Genius NetMouse Pro (первый пункт в ауте, остальное
имеем, правда 3-я кнопка находится на левом боку, но мне так даже в кайф было
(сейчас у меня ее нет - мне и Logitech оптический хорошо :)
