Правильный ориентир. Причём, интересно отметить, что даже после
злосчастного августа у этой группы сотрудников оплата не просела,
где-то даже увеличилась, так как управление стало более
критичным.

Тоже правда, но не совсем. Не Боссу это решать, других хватает. В
режимные помещения (кроссовые комнаты и машинный зал),
действительно, никто не ходит. Админы только по жестокой
необходимости, в остальное время им консоли достаточно. И никто
им не мешает. Пользователи звонят не админам, а на "горячую
линию". А посетителям, если показывают хозяйство, то через
стеклянную стену: "Вон видишь большой ящик, неонка в нём. Это наш
суперсервер".
