А anthem или muse этого не умеют ?
Задача то относительно несложная, и при обилии музпрограм вроде пора уже сделать :)
Искать наверное лучше по описанию самих программ.
Инересно, если попробовать cat /dev/sequncer /dev/куда_миди_играет ? :))
Если что-то получится напишите плз.
