Мои поиски не увенчались успехом, решил сам рисовать.
Взял исходники cyr_rfx-*-cp866 и немного подправил в xmbdfed
по аналогии с имеющимся vga10x20-cp866.bdf.
Но там не хватает многих символов псевдографики, так что
всё равно придётся дорисовывать.
