В dosemu-1.1.3-alt4 такой приём тоже работает.
В config.sys нужно раскомментировать строку с cdrom.sys,
после загрузки издать команду 'mem /d | more' и убедиться,
что устройство типа 'mscd0001' имеет место быть.
Далее можно запустить 'mscdex /d:mscd0001' из командной
строки, получив CD-ROM на букве, например, Е: .
Mscdex.exe не входит в пакет dosemu, однако взятый от MS-DOS
тоже подходит.
