Самое простое, что можно сделать ,
завести с помощью draknet соединение
прописать там настройки из
http://www.mts.ru/service/gprs/settings.html
init строка AT+CGDCONT = 1, "IP", "internet.mts.ru"
строка дозвона *99***1#
потом пойти в /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts
и посмотреть во все файлы касающиеся ppp
на предмет корректности
draknet имеет неприятную особенность
вырезать все # и *
соответственно подправить руками
значение INITSTRING находится в " " соответственно переправить на
' '
вроде все
попробовать ifup ppp0
и идти на 12 консоль смотреть, на что ругань.
ps
периодически не подхватывается ip и dns
помогает выключение и включение телефона
