Смотря каких. Если системных демонов, то less
/usr/share/doc/initscripts-<version>/initscripts.txt
плюс
chkconfig(8), init(8)
если своих, при вашем логине, то можно настройкой скриптов и помещением их
вызова в ~/.bash_profile
Если своих, при старте Х-сессии, то зависит от WM, в ALT можно положить в
Desktop/autostart (кажется, я снёс давно)
