в кратце:
smtp_sasl_auth_enable = yes
smtp_sasl_password_maps =hash:/etc/postfix/sasl_passwd
это добавить в main.cf
потом создать файл /etc/postfix/sasl_passwd
в котором прописываешь:
имя_хоста_твоего_провайдера имя_пользователя:пароль_пользователя
после чего postmap /etc/postfix/sasl_passwd
и все.
