Вам же сказали - в _не_установленном пакете...
Но ман должен был помочь...
-p <файл_пакета>
Запросить (не инсталлированый) <файл_пакета>. Файл
<файл_пакета> может быть задан как адрес ftp или http; в этом случае
заголовок пакета будет получен с указанного сервера. См. ОПЦИИ FTP/HTTP на
предмет встроенной поддержки FTP/HTTP.
