Давайте вдумаемся: предлагается контроль за суперпользователем,
который может этот контроль не только обнаружить (если это делается
тайно, что есть большое "нехорошо" для нормального администратора),
но и отключить. А если данная персона не в состоянии ничего этого
сделать, на кой ей тогда дан root?
