Сороковник работает без претензий; трансфер по hdparm в ATA66
~38Mb/s.

Не знаю.
"133" до фени -- за 45 M/s ни один точно не выйдет.

У меня лично к WD очень большое отрицательное предубеждение.
Их идешники попортили море крови со своим выпендрежем при работе
с другим устройством на шлейфе (один экз. без второго винта/CD
_просто_ не работал ни в каких позах!!!).
А их сказевники (WDE) -- тоже broken by design, если их TCQ до
сих пор не научили.
