Ещё есть Apache - Russian Apache :-)
Как мне кажется, здесь действуют довольно понятные закономерности: пока
какой-то пакет кем-то активно поддерживается, существует чрезвычайно мало
желающих (если такие существуют вообще) создать на его основе собственный
пакет. В таком случае создавалась бы странная и нездоровая конкуренция.
Нездоровая потому, что никакой коммерческой выгоды создатель
"альтернативного" пакета получить из такого разветвления не сможет.
