http://www.freepascal.org -- этот компилятор делали так, чтобы
он был максимально совместим с Turbo Pascal от Borland. Кое-что,
вероятно, придётся подправить, особенно если пользовались
какими-то библиотеками типа Turbo Vision.

Если техника старая, то Спринг, вероятно, не поставится. Нужно
будет использовать другой дистрибутив. Если есть хотя бы 12MB
RAM, можно поставить последний Debian. Если меньше, то можно
тот же Debian, но предыдущей версии. 4MB-то хоть есть оперативки?
X-ы можно и не ставить, если машинки очень уж задохлые.
