Зависит. Мне тоже не удалось настроить kppp для соединения
с одним из моих провайдеров. Соединяюсь, но не kppp, а wvdial
и не в Спринг, а в Debian ;-). С другим провом таких проблем не
возникло. Проверьте ещё раз настройки Дозвон, IP - адрес, Шлюз.
Авторизация каким образом происходит?
