С ходу - emacs (да, это среда разработки! Причём
позволяет делать проекты не только "на ядыке N", но и
нормально работать с проектами, где языки смешиваются,
в частности - популярная связка C/C++ и Fortran)
Для Java - Sun-овская, IBM Visual Age for Java, Borland
JBuilder (совершенно разные по сути и применению среды!)
Так же Code Crusader. И (кажется умер) MetroWorks...
Интересен (но к сожалению заглох) проект Jessie от SGI.
С позиции же "Unix есть SDK" - Glade часть оного,
причём весьма эффективная.
Интересен, но не пригоден для меня инструментарий с
4-го диска, там имеет место быть интересный RAD.
P.S. Если в поисках ваших праведных наступите на
полноценные визуальные ср-ва моделирования РСУБД и
генераторы отчётов с интерфейсами в прикладные
программы - не сочтите за труд, сообщите....
P.P.S. В продукции компании CA есть серьёзный Unix-овый
генератор отчётов... Но под Linux его вроде-бы нет,
возможно - из принципиальных соображений.
