А смотря что хотите? если из бесплатного, то можно попробовать AMAVIS(www.amavis.org), но ему тоже нужен хоть какой-то антивирус для проверки файлов на диске (он так проверяет почту)
Можно взять AVP(www.avp.ru) в дистрибутиве есть для sendmail avpkeeper, который интегрируется неплохо.
вроде еще можно TrendMicro(www.antivirus.com), но про него надо внимательно читать.
