Добрый день!
В связи с вышеупомянутыми проблемами, пришлось-таки денёк поработать в Linux.
Ну что, справился. Факсы, правда, так и не понял, как отправлять.
Таблицы открываются нормально, а вот вордовские документы - никак.
Точнее, текст видно, но всё форматирование летит к чёрту.
Ну ладно, полез в AbiWord и Kword. Оба не позволили сделать прилично выглядящий корпоративный документ. Я уже забил на всякие фишки, так другая проблема - на экране одно, а на печать выводится совсем другое (кстати - аплодисменты по поводу печати, всё отлично). Я понимаю, одни шрифты для экрана, други для печати, но вот как бы их совместиь? А из винды можно добавить и как (система установлена НЕ в win-1251)?
И если я поставлю StarOffice, чем мне это грозит?

PS Так как быть с CD-ROM? По идее hdc, а он ругается на ошибку ввода-вывода и требует указать файловую систему - стоит auto.
