Это не "некоторый проблемы", это большие проблемы. И, честно говоря, похоже на ошибку при распаковке какого-то из ключевых пакетов.
Посмотрите /root/install.log и /root/ddebug.log на предмет криминала, но, думаю, что лучше переустановить систему, причем для начала не в режиме expert.
