Да, конечно.
X-Downloader - одна из лучших, правда не знаю, может
ли с нескольких, но кажется может, иначе зачем там
поиски альтернатив и многопоточность?
Если чего-то не хватает - напишите подробненько
автору, он не кусается и поддерживает программу
достаточно серьёзно.
Есть ещё K-как-его-там, может умеет, а может и нет.
