Это пакет утилит PuTTY.
Я пользуюсь PuTTY.exe release 0.51 для терминальной связи по SSH,
использую pscp.exe в командной строке из-под bat-файла для копирования
файлов (через user-а), вроде можно даже удаленно запускать скрипт.
Пакет утилит интересен - мои проблемы без самбы он полность закрыл
(у user-ов shell=/bin/false и стучатся они из виндов только через порты)
