Ну предположим я написал скрипт из которого вызывается ifcico из
ifmail. Если запускать скрипт из под обычного юзера, то мэйлер
ругается, потому что не может открыть порт. Второй пример: wvdial
тоже не может открыть порт если запускается из под юзера. pppd тоже.
