Есть ещё вариант имено обновления а не переустаовки.
apt-cdrom add
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
правда там есть подводные камни... Ну или были раньше. Как сейчас не
знаю. И перед второй командой надо убрать из конфигов апта все
упоминания об источниках для 3.0
Переустановка при отдельном /home и слабом погружении в вопрос
предпочтительна.
