А тут надо предупредить тех, кто будет это читать, что mkisofs всегда
создает isofs. Ключ -udf всего-лишь добавляет к iso еще и некую
udf-нашлепку, примерно как Joiliet или RockRidge. При этом остаются все
ограничения iso. В частности большие файлы mkisofs все-равно не добавит,
а символические ссылки проигнорирует.
Так что mkudffs - единственный действующий способ записать длинные файлы
на DVD+-R.
