Ну насчет правильности - вопрос спорный. У меня, например, вторым
монитором подключен телевизор, на который иногда с компа пускаются
фильмы, фотки, etc. В моем случае требуемое вам поведение ну очень
напрягало бы - и в работе на компьютере, и в развлечениях на телевизоре.
А так все достаточно удобно.
