Выскажу своё мнение: потому что в ALT можно всегда без проблем
обновиться с интернета, в отличии от ASP.
Я пару дней назад перешёл с ALM 2.0 на ASP 9, и одна из проблем -
штатная версия yum вылетает с ошибкой при попытке сделать обновление
всех пакетов. В asp-форуме дали url на новую версию yum, которая
работает, но отсутствует в официальных обновлениях !!!
С apt в Alt'е у меня проблем никогда не возникало - работает,
работает и продолжает работать. :)))
PS Sorry всем, что я тут вылез с критикой ASP, но просто наболело.
Когда выйдет новая версия ALM - пересяду на него, надеюсь
глюков будет не больше чем в ALM 2.0, о котором у меня хорошие
впечатления.
