Когда-то один человек, переживший 5 генсеков сказал, что стандарт - это
непостоянное во времени и постоянно прецессирующее понятие, выражающее
(достаточно относительно) взгляды спонтанно сложившегося большинства на
определённый ими же ряд вопросов. Как показывает история люди затем
делятся на тех, кто следует стандартам (чаще всего , не понимая их до
конца) и на тех, кто созидает новые.
