да. нет, там есть разные пакеты для апачевского модуля и для
бинарника. А потери - ну с одной стороны, дополнительный процесс на
каждый cgi-шник, но сильно зависит от типа скриптов - если
какой-нибудь обсчет баз, то поровну ИМХО.
