Это сложный вопрос....
Если в общих словах то:
ext2 - быстрее всех на чтении большого файла.
xfs - может обогнать её, при большом кол-ве процессов, желающих поиметь
ввод-вывод.
ReiserFS - быстрее всех на небольших файлах, и в разы быстрее на
маленьких.
Есс-но все эти быстрее|медленнее могут меняться в зависимости от
небольших факторов...
