Я уже писал о проблемах с PAM из Сизифа. Тогда было сказано, что
проблема решена. Но на самом деле всё как было так и осталось!
Замечены симптомы:
1) sudo вообще не проверяет пароль! Те самым позволяя пользователю
делать что угодно от имени root введя любую чушь в качестве пароля :)
2) xscreensaver не принимает никаких паролей, включая правильные.
Замкнув экран пользователь может его прибить только через killall
xscreensaver.
3) su работает, но надолго впадает в кому после ввода правильного пароля
(ошибки отвергает).
Система - свежепереустановленная Весна2001 после apt-get dist-upgrade до
Сизифа (дисковый update 2 по подписке). Dist-upgrade впервые прошел
ИДЕАЛЬНО без ошибок (после ручной замены ядра, glibc, и части
библиотек). Все пакеты, пока, только из Сизифа. Apt-get check = OK.

pam-config-1.0-alt1
pam_passwdqc-0.4-alt2
Может чего-то не хватает?
