Не стоит пытаться, на мой взгляд, так как у них разные оформления swap в
плане использования. Так, Linux раздел или файл форматирует специальным
образом, винды же это все пошлют подальше. Неужели охота выполнять
форматирование каждый раз при пуске Linux? Кроме того, Win не понимает
swap-разделов вообще, а Linux пытается раньше подключить swap, нежели
запустить прогу для форматирования. ИМХО, я бы не стал и задумываться над
этим.
