Этот вопрос появляется в рассылке с периодичностью раз в неделю.
Удаляете из домашнего каталога:
.ICEauthority
.Xauthority
.DCOPsrver---или как их там.
Запускаете KDE.
Насчет второго файла обычно не говорят, но я его удаляю. Он тоже как-то
влияет.
