Спасибо всем кто ответил на мои преведущиее письма о помощи.
Новость первая хорошая:
Спринг я ужо достал. Знакомый мотался в командировку в Москву, тут я его и
поймал.
Новость первая плохая:
Стоял раньше у меня модем JVC 56k. Все с ним нормально работало.
А теперь пришлось поставить Зухель U-1496E. И все накрылось медны тазом:

И так стоит до техпор пока не закончится время поднятия интерфейса.
Kppp и Gppp делают тоже самое: Шлют модему ATZ и пытаются дождатся OK, а
модем ничего не говорит.
В досе треминалом пробовал все ок.
Вчем я не прав??
И ча это за модуль module char-major-108.
